Missed Appointments

Your appointment with us is dedicated solely to you. We never overbook and strive to be prepared for your arrival. In return, we kindly ask for your commitment to honoring your scheduled appointment time.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but missed appointments disrupt our ability to accommodate other clients.

Our policy is straightforward: If you miss your appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of the booked treatment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and commitment to providing exceptional care to all our clients.

 

Cancellations

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by text or  phone 306-713-0626 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.

Note: We recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so your healthcare provider may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
